ASSISTANT PROGRAM OFFICER
Kenny Saka is a Monitoring & Evaluation Officer at Young Women in Action (YWA), where he plays a pivotal role in ensuring program effectiveness through data-driven decision-making. With a Master of Public Health, a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies, Kenny brings extensive expertise in designing, implementing, and assessing development programs.
Passionate about gender equality, youth empowerment, and social justice, Kenny works to enhance the impact of YWA’s programs by tracking progress, evaluating outcomes, and providing insights that drive strategic improvements. His work focuses on promoting women’s rights, increasing female participation in leadership and political processes, advocating for sexual and reproductive health rights (SRHR), and supporting survivors of gender-based violence (GBV).
Beyond his professional role, Kenny is also deeply engaged in community development, education advocacy, and entrepreneurship. His dedication to empowering young people, particularly women and girls, aligns with YWA’s mission to create a more just and equitable society.
